My work weaves together herbal medicine, intuitive mentorship, and ancestral remembrance to help you come home to yourself. Through one-on-one consults, online and in-person workshops, and seasonal offerings, I invite you to walk the healing path in rhythm with the Earth and in trust with your own divine timing.

Your Intuitive Guide

How wonderful for the stars to align, guiding your way here to this portal! I am Brooke — a mother, Earth lover and a hugger! I am the guiding light of Heart to Heart Herbology. I have many feathers in my hat — a culmination of the myriad facets of my Spirit. I am currently focusing on the roles of community folk herbalist, educator, postpartum doula, community weaver & most importantly Mother. My guiding ethos are rooted in the belief that Plant Medicine is the People’s Medicine. I lead with the intention to guide community to health sovereignty & empowerment. We may have crossed paths during my time serving the community at Transcending Roots Apothecary & The Sacred Path Collective located in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia.  

By moving through various health imbalances such as Epstein- Barr Virus & severe Postpartum depression – I have embodied the path of self-healing by working deeply with the plants to find a balance point of wellness.  I wholeheartedly believe the plants have been and continue to be non-judgmental companions of support along my journey.  

My ancestral thread of folk herbalism stems from Italian, Celtic and Polish roots blended with Appalachian wisdom.
